My client, an international investment bank is looking
for a Corporate Finance VP / Director. Based in Dubai,
the ideal candidate will have a strong background in
M&A, ECM and DCM from a reputable platform. This is a rare and exiting opportunity for an experienced
professional to join a bank that is aggressively
expanding in the region.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional product knowledge and insight
across M&A, DCM and ECM.
• Expertise and experience in both origination and
execution from a major global banking platform.
• Play senior role in assisting the development and
growth of the Middle East corporate finance team.
• Develop key client relationships and network of
contacts in order to promote the full range of
products and services.
Requirements:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting /
Finance, ideally an MBA or Master's degree.
• At least 10 + years of experience in corporate
finance experience from reputable platform in a bank
in the GCC. Ideally prefer ex-bulge bracket banker but
strong second tier can also be considered.
• Strong written and verbal English and ideally
Arabic, additionally Indian speakers would be highly
considered.

Looking for Business Development Manager, Saudi Arabia
This is a great opportunity to be part of Saudi
booming real estate market. A joint Venture Firm in
Saudi, is looking fora Business Development Manager to join their expanding Real Estate team.
Responsibilities:
• Direct contributor of business revenue as the lead
generator of business.
• Assist the technical team on relationship side of
the project (developer evaluation).
• Responsible for implementing business development
strategy and meeting company's profitability
objectives.
• Work as client liaison to help with the development
and submission of proposals, guiding developers
through negotiation to secure project.
Requirements:
• Master's Degree from a well reputed University.
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience, with
specific understanding of real estate development and
real estate finance, of which at least the last 5
years of experience should be in KSA market.
• Technical background and experience in real estate
sector (e.g. project manager, architect, civil
engineer) will be a strong preference.
• Must be an Arabic speaker.
